Found it. For anyone searching for this later it's on the upper path to the planet coordinates and not the lower Swingshot path.

I found one off to the right side of the caves on the Swingshot path and a second one right at the beginning of the Swingshot path latching onto the green orb right after falling down the hole. The game says there are 3 gold bolts on this level but after flying around for several minutes I've found nothing. There's no hints on the map that I can see either. I'm not even sure where to look for this gold bolt. Has anyone found it and knows where to look?
